Lifetime Guarantee

 

• Because our products are customized and made to order, we do not offer a return policy. However, in the interest of providing excellent customer service, and in the unlikely event that one of our wood products becomes defective, we offer a lifetime guarantee against warping, splitting, and breaking.

• ​If a warranty claim needs to be filed, go to our CONTACT US page on our website, complete the form, and include your original purchase order number in the comments. You will receive an email confirmation that your claim was received, along with a request for a photo of the defect. The claim will be cross-referenced to the original order, and once approved, a new order will be generated with the shipping cost to the address provided (PO Boxes will not be Accepted). We will use the least expensive shipping method available, and once the customer approves the shipping cost, a link to make the payment will be emailed. When shipping payment is received, the shipping label will be generated and purchased, a tracking number will be provided, and production will commence. Please allow 7-20 days from receiving the shipping payment until the actual shipping.

• Although a product may no longer be in production, the original file is digitally archived, allowing us to remake any of our designs. Due to differences in every piece of wood, the new product will differ slightly from the original, but this should be expected and is unavoidable.

• In the event a glass lantern or glass oil tea light breaks, we offer them as a separate purchase product on our website, but they are not covered under warranty.
